Our process starts with a phone screening followed by video interviews. During this process, we assess candidates for multiple skills such as interpersonal, phone etiquette, language, tone, etc.
Once a candidate clears these stages, we take them through some basic trainings and assessments.
Only the candidates that score more than 90% in assessments are brought to you for interviews.
